From the airport to your hotel and event
Arrange a transfer from Fiumicino FCO or Ciampino CIA to your hotel, Fiera Roma or a convention centre. Include your flight number, passenger count and luggage details. Your meeting point and pickup time are agreed before travel.
If you only need transport to the event and back, request two transfers. If the day includes appointments at several addresses, ask for an hourly chauffeur quote. The four-hour minimum applies to hourly hire; individual transfers are priced separately.
