Hourly Chauffeur Service in Milan
With hourly service, your car and chauffeur remain at your disposal for the agreed time. This option is convenient when your day includes several appointments, with journeys and waiting time between them.
Your chauffeur collects you from your hotel in the morning, takes you to the exhibition or congress, and then to a partner's office, showroom or restaurant. Service hours, stops and waiting time are agreed in advance. You can request a car for a few hours, a full day or several days of the event.
For a delegation with different schedules, several vehicles can be arranged: individual journeys for executives, team transport and group transfers for guests.

Prices are per vehicle, not per passenger. Your final quote depends on the dates, vehicle category, duration and itinerary. Mileage, waiting time, parking, tolls and additional hours are specified in the quote.
A separate airport transfer or journey to an event is priced by route. The four-hour minimum applies to hourly chauffeur service.
Transfers to Fiera Milano Rho and Allianz MiCo
We arrange journeys to the Fiera Milano exhibition complex in Rho, Allianz MiCo congress centre, fashion show venues, hotels, offices and showrooms in Milan. When planning pick-ups, we consider the correct entrance address, the guest's programme and access arrangements at the venue.
Your transport programme can include arrivals at Malpensa (MXP), Linate (LIN) and Bergamo Orio al Serio (BGY), a journey to your hotel, daily trips to the event and your return transfer.

Corporate groups and delegations can request a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or another minibus. Options from 14 passengers depend on the model and configuration; the suitable vehicle, luggage arrangements and price are confirmed in your quote.
Group transport is convenient for airport arrivals, taking the team to a conference, travelling to a corporate dinner and returning to the hotel. For guests arriving on different flights, a separate pick-up schedule can be prepared.

Salone del Mobile and Milan Design Week
A visit to Salone del Mobile.Milano often forms part of a wider programme: the exhibition at Fiera Milano Rho, showroom appointments, Fuorisalone installations and evening presentations. For architects, designers and furniture brand guests, a car with chauffeur brings these destinations together in one itinerary.
For a single exhibition day, you can book outward and return transfers. If you plan several stops, choose hourly service: your chauffeur remains at your disposal for the agreed period, including the waiting time specified in your programme.
Milano Fashion Week and Buyer Journeys
During Milano Fashion Week, your itinerary follows invitations to shows, fittings, collection presentations and private receptions. Send us the schedule and addresses, and we will plan the sequence of journeys. Several vehicles can be arranged for brand guests attending different events.

At GISE, Agorà, ICARE, SIRM, SIOT and EACVI, separate service for a speaker and shared transport for the team can be arranged. We will confirm the required entrance, presentation time and address of the next appointment in advance.
ENETS, Isokinetic Medical Group Conference and ITI World Symposium also appear in the Allianz MiCo programme. For delegates arriving on different flights, we will prepare a schedule of airport pick-ups and group departures. One recent example of an international medical meeting in Milan is EASD 2026, held from 28 September to 2 October. For HostMilano exhibitors, daily team journeys to Fiera Milano Rho can be arranged throughout the event.
For guests attending Milano AutoClassica and other industry events, we can offer a transfer or an itinerary with additional stops. Transport for groups from 14 passengers is selected separately, taking luggage and the available minibus configuration into account.
Brand Presentations and Private Events
A private reception, premiere or corporate dinner calls for its own pick-up schedule. Guest arrivals from several hotels and return journeys after the evening can be arranged. If the finishing time is not yet known, we will discuss service duration and waiting arrangements when preparing the quote.

Contact us on WhatsApp and provide:

For several guests, you can send a combined flight list and meeting schedule. We will prepare a proposal with routes, service hours and a price including 10% tax.
